RESURFACERS
Resurfacers sometimes referred to as mild peels, are superficial treatments, working on the very top layers of the epidermis, using enzymes and acids to refine and exfoliate. Dermaquest Resurfacers have generally little-to-no downtime. Dermaquest preparation products must be used on the skin for two weeks prior to any resurfacers or peel treatment.
Chemical Peels
Chemical Skin Peels are advanced treatments that treat the top layers of the skin but also penetrate the mid to lower levels of the epidermis, delivering stronger, extended results. Because chemical peels are so active and deeply penetrating downtime for 7 -10 days can be expected.

Who is this for? Preventative aging treatment for skin types experiencing dull, lifeless and uneven skin tone. This peel brightens and hydrates the skin as it removes layers of sluggish cells. Ferulic acid, orange stem cells, and plethora of plant extracts infuse the skin with antioxidants and hydrating properties to contribute to barrier repair, cell turnover with 15% Ascorbic Acid to stimulate collagen (skin prep required).

Who is this for? Clients with Melasma, Hyperpigmentation, dull, lifeless skin with hormonal breakouts. Excellent to battle deep, resistant pigmentation due to hormones, sun damage or long standing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. A deep peel, 4 clever acids work together to reduce damaged skin cells by increasing cell turnover. Phytic Acid an effective tyrosine inhibitor to suppress melanocytes to prevent and reduce pigmentation, with Lactic Acid to brighten and even skin tone (skin prep required).

Cosmelan De- Pigmentation Peel
The Cosmelan peel can treat all types of pigmentation however it is the most popular method of removing deep hyper pigmentation such as Malasma to superficial pigmentation like sun spots and freckles.
Cosmelan peel is a two step treatment, the mask is applied by our practitioner in the clinic, it is then washed off at home after being left on for several hours. Once the mask is removed the secondry cream is applied to protect the new skin growth.
A Cosmelan peel differs from other skin brightening products and chemical peels in its ingredients, which are designed to treat the specific symptoms of melasma, which can occur during hormone changes in the body due to pregnancy or menopause, and hyperpigmentation, which can occur due to sun exposure or genetics.
Results can be seen as soon as two weeks after the treatment, it will continue to improve over time, with the best results being seen between 30 and 60 days after the treatment has been completed.
