Our cancellation policy was put in place to make sure we could fill as many appointments as possible. This makes sure we can give a client who needs an appointment time for a cancelled one.

We kindly ask that you call us at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit or scheduled treatment will be forfeited.

In accordance with the requirements of the United Kingdom’s Consumer Law, refunds will be provided when necessary, we want you to be a happy customer, so if our service or product is defective in any way, you will be offered a choice between a credit note or exchange, we do not offer refunds for customers who change their minds.
