What about Recovery?
The downtime after a treatment is minimal, and you should be able to resume normal ‘light’ daily activities almost immediately. However, on the first day after the treatment, we recommend avoiding physical exertion and sports, as well as not using a sauna or steamy bath. For the first few days after treatment, you should avoid exposure to direct sunlight or UV light.
